Our Story

Mindset Matters began with a simple, shared belief: that people deserve the space, support, and guidance to rediscover their confidence and direction. Glenn is a philosopher who is passionate about helping people slow down, think clearly, and engage in meaningful conversations. He creates opportunities for individuals to explore ideas, question assumptions, and find their own voice through thoughtful dialogue. Jo is deeply committed to mental health and wellbeing, delivering Mental Health First Aid training and ensuring people feel safe, supported, and equipped to recognise when they or others may need help. Graham is a qualified coach and psychometric practitioner who uses personality profiling to help individuals understand their behaviours, preferences, and patterns, enabling them to make informed choices and develop greater self-awareness; his coaching provides personalised support to turn these insights into practical change.

Together, they combine their strengths to offer something holistic and practical. Glenn opens minds through reflective conversation, Jo builds a foundation of safety and wellbeing, and Graham turns insight into structure, action, and forward momentum. Through this partnership, participants gain self-awareness, recognised qualifications, renewed aspirations, and a clear plan and strategy for the future. Mindset Matters brings wellbeing, thinking, and personal growth together to help people move from uncertainty to purposeful direction.

Our Mission

At Mindset Matters, our mission is to empower NEET adults to rediscover their potential, strengthen their self-awareness, and build the confidence to shape meaningful futures. Through supportive coaching conversations, reflective and philosophical exploration, and accredited Mental Health First Aid training, we create a safe space for growth, understanding, and connection.

 

We believe that when individuals gain clarity about who they are, learn to care for their own wellbeing and others, and set purposeful goals, they can move forward with confidence, direction, and a renewed sense of possibility.
